This place was amazing!! The food was fresh & tasteful, the inside was giving immaculate vibes, and the staff were super welcoming! We ordered the bulgulgi roll which was a combo of Korean bbq and sushi and it was so bomb. We also played the claw games & won two stuffed animals so that was cool for my kids. 5 out of 5 experience, definitely coming back for sure!

Just visited Sushi One Spot Corona tonight -- wow! Best AYCE sushi I've had, hands down. The sushi, sashimi carpaccio, rolls, and appetizers were all fresh and packed with flavor. Everything came out super fast, and they even have a kids menu! Definitely my new go-to spot. Highly recommend!

The sushi was delicious! I did the AYCE and they provide a QR code where you can just order from your phone. Brandon, the waiter, was very informative with how the system worked and was prompt with any questions and provided awesome service. I'll be returning soon!

Just went for a to go order. The place is new and clean. Probably just a couple of weeks old. They took over the old Korean resto located in the strip mall with the banh mi place and 85 degrees. Once I got in there, the staff was welcoming and very attentive/ kind. I got my order and it was pretty good. Rice to seafood ratio was phenomenal just as it should be for rolls. In anycase, i got a couple of rolls and they were okay... pretty good for what it is. I looked at their menu as well for future reference .... I noticed that they don't seem to have nigiris in their ayce menu or i might have over looked it. Their ayce price is competitive with regards to the usual pricing in the area. Will probably be back to check it out more...

I've been a loyal fan of Howard since the Sushi Asahi days in Riverside, so I was beyond excited when I heard he opened Sushi One Spot right here in Corona. much closer to home! It's amazing to see that the same friendly and hardworking staff have been with him since day one. That consistency really shows in the quality and service. The sushi is always incredibly fresh, and the ambiance is so nice -modern, clean, and full of personality. I especially love the fun wall art and Japanese-themed posters that give the space such a vibrant and welcoming vibe. Their ordering system is super convenient too -- just scan the QR code at your table and order right from your phone. No more paper menus, and everything comes out fast and accurate. If you're looking for fresh sushi, friendly faces, and a relaxed, stylish atmosphere, Sushi One Spot is a must-visit. So glad they're back in town!

What an unassuming sushi restaurant! We tried four different rolls and the salmon carpaccio and everything was delicious. I'm picky about sushi, but I will be coming back again and again! The interior is clean with modern bright decor. This place is in a strip mall but when you step in, it has its own calm but trendy atmosphere. The staff is maybe the friendliest staff of any restaurant I've been to in a long time. You have to try the One Spot roll-- it's the name of the restaurant after all! Three kinds of fish wrapped in rice paper with just enough of a tangy sauce on the plate to make it exciting. We have an avocado allergy in our family so no avocado on top, but honestly I don't think it needed it. The fish is so soft and fresh. The Golden Orange roll gives you several flavor experiences with creamy salmon and the thinnest, most perfect slice of lemon on top. The caterpillar roll is the standard roll, except seemingly fresher here than elsewhere. The Angry Eel roll was crunchy and had just the right mix of fried and fresh ingredients. We finished off the meal with ice cream cones and I can't wait to get back here. Give this place a shot! It's even worth a detour!
